PEDE IKAN GABUS

PEDE IKAN GABUS

BAHAN:

Pede ikan gabus

BUMBU:

  1. cabai rawit,
  2. bawang merah dan
  3. minyak sayur.

 

CARA MEMASAK:

  1. Panaskan wajan dulu lalu masukkan minyak goreng secukupnya
  2. Masukkan bawang yang telah diiris.
  3. Masukkan cabai rawit, ikan pede di tumis dengan api kecil diaduk sampai rata,
  4. Angkat dan siap dihidangkan.
